Terms and refunds

All products are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing is posted to you.

Licence: personal and single-classroom use. Please don't share, resell or upload the files.

Refunds: because files can't be returned, sales are final. If a file is broken or you were charged twice, email [email protected] with your order number and we will fix it or refund you within 7 days.

Payments are made through Cashfree Payments (cards, net banking, UPI) or by UPI directly to our account (ferngale@ptyes). Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes and fees. We store your email only to deliver your order; see our Privacy policy.
